Complete four steps, then submit one lender packet.

Your progress is saved as you complete each step. Provident reviews and countersigns the packet before activating the lender account.

Step 1

Create your lender account

Create the secure login you will use for lender setup and portal access.

Step 2

Enter lender and payment details

Provide the lender information and bank account used for disbursements.

Step 3

Complete the W-9

Provide the tax information required for the lender or entity W-9.

Step 4

Review and sign

Review the completed lender packet, sign each marked field, and submit it to Provident.
