Paid service requests

Refund Policy

Please review your request and the applicable fee before completing payment.

Policy version: September 12, 2026

This policy applies to online service-request fees charged by Centric Financial Group, LLC, d/b/a Provident Loan Servicing, including standard and rush payoff statements and Verification of Mortgage requests. It does not apply to mortgage payments, escrow funds, lender disbursements, or other account balances.

When a request is submitted

A paid service request is submitted when your payment is successfully completed and the request is accepted into Provident's processing queue. Starting the form or opening Stripe Checkout does not, by itself, complete a purchase.

After submission, we do not provide refunds for cancellation, a change of mind, a transaction that does not close, or a document you no longer need. This applies even if the requested document has not yet been delivered, except where a refund is required by law.

Before you pay

Check the borrower and loan information, requested service, delivery option, contact details, and any required authorization. If anything is unclear, contact Provident before completing payment. If you notice an error after submission, contact us promptly so we can review the request. A request for a correction does not automatically cancel the purchase or entitle you to a refund.

Payment errors and questions

If you believe you were charged twice, do not recognize a charge, or cannot confirm whether payment succeeded, contact us before making another payment. Include your request reference, payment date, and the email address used for the purchase. Do not send full card numbers or security codes by email.

We will review reported payment errors. This policy does not limit any refund or other consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
